Promoting Kilimo BiasharaKILIMO.BIZ is one of my darling projects. The word Kilimo means Agriculture and Kilimo biashara means ‘Agriculture as a business’ in swahili. The project promote agriculture as a business in Africa. Now, farmers can be able to get resources and professional consult on how they can farm any crop or animal in Africa. Having had training in Agribusiness Management and extensively practicing ICT in Africa, this project precisely maps my skills and experiences. Initially, this project started back in 2007 as Kilimo.net but later in 2012, it changed to kilimo.biz to specifically promote ‘Agriculture as a business’ concept. |
