Is AIESEC a change agent?

1

I got into AIESEC through the Egerton University chapter in 1999. After just one month, i found it as all brag and quitted. All through, i kept on thinking if quiting was a great idea until in 2001, i decided to give it at least one semester of my time. It was during the National Conference in Mombasa that i realized what i was missing. There was this guy called Andrew that told us that ’20 years to come, you will regret of things that you did not do than those that you did and failed’

I do not regret my role as Executive Board – External Relations in 2001-2002, my internship in India in 2004 and my numerous local and international conferences. I miss the life at AIESEC. And as i traveled throughout the world quenching my curiosity, i always found AIESEC as one big family. I thank all those AIESECers who gave me homestays, opportunities, ideas, love and direction. And for what i am now.
