I jumped
1 The frogs matched to the river bank. That is the place that they always used to meet every year for the annual jumping competitions. They were old champions and new entrants. The pack was very exited.
The competition started. The champions always were the first to start. Starting by showcasing their prowess, they jumped one after the other to the other side of the river. All were successful.
Then came the new entrants. They all jumped to the other side of the river. Then came John the frog. John was very new and was the last in the pack. He jumped and fell half way in the river. He swim back and tried again and fell again half way into the river. The pack laughed hysterically. He swam again to the bank and jumped, he fell into the river slight before the other bank. He climbed into the other bank where the other contestants were and amidst laughs and mockery he said;
"It does not matter whether I won or not. The fact remains I jumped. Just like all of you"
The pack fell silent.
Life is about participation. It's not about winning or losing. It's about the experience. John the frog was fat much better than those frogs that did not participate in the competition and we're mocking him. He chose to be active. Choose to participate. Just jump.
